She came to visit on a Tuesday night to look at it.. I told her what price I wanted to list at. She thought that it was a reasonable price.. I also told her that while we wanted to move, we did not have to and would not take much below the asking price. She had no issue with that and told us the average time to sell was around 90 days, we were fine with that. She had pictures taken a few days later and told us the listing would go live Friday afternoon and she would hold an open house on Sat. There was not a lot of activity at the open house, but it was enough. We got an offer that night. We countered the offer and by Monday we would under contract. I came to Prescott from LA. In September. I’m so thankful my realtor in LA introduced me to Kellie. When I arrived Kellie had already mapped out the houses I wanted to look at, After driving me around for two days I finally pick a house I liked. Then the challenge came. When we first bought our home and decided to totally renovate it, Kellie gave us amazing references for all contractor work inside and out of the home. The results were amazing!
